Itinerary Details

Day 01 : Casablanca Arrival – Rabat

Upon arrival in Casablanca, Morocco largest metropolis and its commercial hub, your private driver will greet you at the airport. Depending on your arrival time, you will visit the stunning Hassan II Mosque, the huge building is part on land and part on ocean and can accommodate 25,000 worshipers; its minaret stands as the tallest religious structure in the world. Then, head to the Moorish city of Rabat, capital of Morocco for overnight stay.

Day 02 : Rabat – Chefchaouen

This morning, you will visit Royal Palace – official residence of King, the Mohammed V Mausoleum, dedicated to the founder of modern Morocco. Then explore the Mauresque-style Hassan Tower and Oudaya Kasbah, along with its scenic Andalusian garden. Afternoon you will discover the vividly blue-colored small town of Chefchaouen which nestles in the hollow of the two mountains; Ech-Chaoua (The Horns) from which it takes its name. Steep narrow streets with white and indigo limewashed buildings, small squares, ornate fountains and houses with elaborately decorated doorways and red tile roofs make this a delightful town.

Day 03 : Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

Journey overland to explore Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to some of the best-preserved & impressive Roman ruins in North Africa. Your guide will escort you on a walk around 2000 year old ruins; the Capitoline Temple, Basilica, Roman Baths, Triumphal Arch, Houses & Palaces which adorned with beautiful mosaics. Upon completing this glimpse into antiquity, proceed to Imperial City-Meknes to explore the most beautiful gate of Bab Mansour, Royal Stables, Agdal Reservoir and Old Medina. Head to Fez for overnight stay.

Day 04 : Fes guided tour

Today you will visit cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco, Fes. Your local guide will escort you around the oldest working medina in the world that many refer to as a living museum. Step back into the medival ages in the labyrinth of the medina, which is alive with craftsmen, markets, tanneries and mosques. Passing donkeys piled high with goods (this is one of the biggest car-free urban zones in the world with 9000 narrow streets) and explore the specialty sections that seperate the souk. You will explore and experience Royal Palace, Blue Gate, Clock Tower, Bou Inania Madrasa, Nejjarine Fountain, Oldest University Al Quaraouiyin, Tanneries, Borj Sud, and experience of Moroccan artworks berber carpets and zellige tiles & ceramics.

Day 05 : Fes – Sahara Desert

You leave Fes behind and head towards the Middle Atlas mountains. Ascending over the Atlas Mountains enroute you will pass by Ifrane, a beautiful ski resort, known as “Little Switzerland” and see the cedar woods and berber apes in Azrou. You will have your lunch at middle of journey in Midelt where is famous with apple production. Descending through the Atlas Mountains, you will drive along the Ziz Valley with giant palm trees, here is the largest dates producer in Morocco. Arrive in Merzouga before sunset and then go by dromedary camel 45-60 minutes, at sunset, into the Erg Chebbi Dunes to camp overnight in your luxury tent at Desert oasis.

Day 06 : Toudra Gorge -Skoura

After breakfast, drive to Todra Gorge known as the ‘Grand Canyon of the Sahara’, a massive trench that rises over 300 metres to form one of the most dramatic and breathtaking natural sights in Morocco. The limestone stacks make a perfect area for hiking, and so today you will take a short walk through the sheer cliffs. En route, you will see the dry, rugged Dades Valley that is dotted with oasis of figs, olives, date palms and castellated mud houses hugging the slopes. Continue to Skoura, is a fertile oasis lined with immense palm groves that provide great views of the Atlas Mountains. Explore the famous Kasbah Amridil, it is featured on the Moroccan banknotes.

Day 07 : Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

Today head towards the road of a thousand Kasbahs to Ouarzazate, it is known as Hollywood of Africa, such as Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, Star Wars having been filmed here. Then visit the fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Ksar of Aït Benhaddou, one of the finest examples of South Moroccan architecture, boasting one of Morocco well-preserved kasbahs. Your journey continues via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka pass and observing everyday life in remote rural towns to the ochre-coloured city of Marrakesh.

Day 08 : Marrakech Guided Tour

Today you will visit tourism capital of Morocco, red city Marrakech. Your local guide will escort you around 12th century Koutoubia Mosque, beautiful El Bahia Palace, Majorelle Garden and Ben Youssef Madrasa. Then meandering the arms-width streets of the souks bazaars to Jamaa El Fna Square, the famous market square in Marrakech’s old quarter complete with storytellers, magicians, food stalls and snake charmers. Enjoy your fresh fruit juice at Jamaa El Fna end of the day.

Day 09 : Excurssion to Essaouira

Today we head toward to Essaouira. You will see a completely different side of Morocco at the Atlantic coastline of Essaouira. With your guide you will discover an authentic medival seaside town, Essaouira is an alluring, unspoilt destination with a tangible North African feel. Visit this charming artist colony that boasts lovely white-washed and blue-shuttered houses, colonnades, thuya wood workshops, art galleries, and mouthwatering seafoods. Take a stroll along the town’s old medina, Jewish mellah, fishing harbor, skala du Port are offering breathtaking views of Essaouira. The medina of Essaouira is UNESCO World Heritage listed city, as an example of a late-18th century fortified town.

Day 10 : Casablanca departure
