Itinerary

Upon your arrival in Casablanca, your private driver will welcome you at the aeroport . Depending on
your arrival time, you may visit the amazing Hassan II Mosque, the colossal building is a portion on
arrival and portion on the sea and can oblige 25,000 worshipers; its minaret stands as the tallest
devout structure within the world. At that point, head to Rabat, capital of Morocco .

This morning, you will explore the Mauresque-style Hassane Tower, Oudaya Kasbah, Challah Kasbah, as well as its serene Andalusian garden. You will also visit the royal palace, which is the official residence of the monarch. Your local guide will accompany you on a walk around the 2,000-year-old Roman archaeological site of Volubilis (Walili), where you'll see the Capitoline Temple, Basilica, Roman Baths, Triumphal Arch, houses, and palaces adorned with lovely mosaics. After this amazing visit, we will travel to the imperial city of Meknes, which has some incredible sights to see, including the most beautiful gate in all of Morocco, Bab Mansour, and Heri es-Souani.

Your local guide will show you around the oldest operating medina in the world, said to be a living museum. Today, you will visit the cultural center of Morocco, Fes. Travel back in time to the Middle Ages as you explore the maze-like medina, bustling with artisans, markets, tanneries, and the Quaraouiyine Mosque. You'll pass by donkeys heaped high with products in one of the largest car-free urban zones in the world, featuring 9,000 small streets. You will also visit the oldest university, Al Quaraouiyin, the royal palace, South Borj, Blue Gate, Bouanania Madrasa, Nejjarine Museum of Wood, Tanneries, and Experience Handicrafts and Weavers.

You depart from Fes and head toward the Atlas Mountains in the center of Morocco. As you ascend the Atlas Mountains, you will pass by the picturesque ski resort of Ifrane, often known as "Little Switzerland," and you will also visit the Cedar Woods and Berber Apes in Azrou. After having lunch at Beni Mellal in the middle of the ride, you'll arrive in Marrakech at the end of the day.

Today, you will visit the Moroccan tourism hub of Marrakech. Your local guide will show you the magnificent El Bahia Palace, Majorelle Garden, and Ben Youssef Madrasa, all dating back to the 12th century. Meander through the narrow lanes of the souks bazaars to reach Jamaa El Fna Square, the iconic market square in Marrakech's old town, lined with storytellers, magicians, food stalls, and snake charmers. Jamaa El Fna offers fresh fruit juice at the end of the day.

Today, Essaouira is our destination. The Atlantic shoreline of Essaouira will show you a whole different aspect of Morocco. Discover a real medieval coastal village with the help of your guide in Essaouira, a captivating, unspoiled location with a certain North African vibe. Visit this delightful artist community, which features colonnades, thuja wood crafts, art galleries, and delectable seafood. It also has lovely white-washed and blue-shuttered houses. Wander around the town's historic medina, Jewish mellah, fishing harbor, and Skala du Port, which offers stunning views of Essaouira. As an illustration of a walled town from the late 18th century, Essaouira's medina is one of the cities on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Terms And Conditions

Upon signature of the booking form by any participant in this tour and formal confirmation of admittance, the participant agrees that the organizing agents of the tour Morocco Private Tour :
Morocco Private Tour accepts bookings subject to the following Booking Conditions.
A ‘Client’ is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with Morocco Private Tour A ‘Product’ is any service sold by Morocco Private Tour. All Clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all Booking Conditions. To confirm a booking Morocco Private Tour requires that the agent has taken full payment of all monies due. A contract between the Client and Morocco Private Tour comes into existence when Morocco Private Tour has confirmed the booking in writing and issued a Confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that s/he has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Turkish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts. No employees or representatives of Morocco Private Tour has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, not to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of , unless such be in writing and signed by the Director of Morocco Private Tour. Morocco Private Tour reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Amendments and Cancellations by Clients
Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that Morocco Private Tour receives a written request from the Client and the following cancellation charges will apply:

  • 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour / service cost
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour / service cost
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the tour / service cost
  • No refund is given for a partially used Product.

If any number of the party is prevented from traveling because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by Morocco Private Tour.
If a refund is payable by Morocco Private Tour to the Client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions set out above and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. Morocco Private Tour will not pay fees charged to the Client by the Client’s bank for processing the credited amount.

Information and Pricing Policy

Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit which is 30% of the total tour package rate. Please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation. The balance of the total amount is due in 21 days prior to the tour date unless otherwise specified at time of booking. Daily Tour bookings require full payment on the time of booking. Before a booking is confirmed, Morocco Private Tour reserves the right to amend price of product due to any circumstances outside the control of Morocco Private Tour such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation / disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees.
Product information is published by Morocco Private Tour in good faith and Morocco Private Tour will use its best endeavors to operate all Products. Morocco Private Tour reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described in its publications and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment resulting from any change.
Payments can be made via bank transfers (Subject to 20 Euro processing fee; account details to be provided upon booking) Visa or MasterCard, via authorization (Subject to 3% processing fee; credit card copy may be requested)

Cancellation By Morocco Private Tour

Morocco Private Tour reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, Morocco Private Tour will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances (like pandemics) or Contagion beyond the control of Morocco Private Tour. Compensation is not available if Morocco Private Tour is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure but where Morocco Private Tour is unable to provide the tour booked, Morocco Private Tour will return to the Client to offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard.

Travel Insurance

Adequate insurance is mandatory for all Clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A Client and his personal belongings are the sole responsibility of himself. Morocco Private Tour accepts no liability on the Client’s behalf where Morocco Private Tour has provided a Product of reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.

Liability of Morocco Private Tour

Morocco Private Tour products and in particular, adventure activities, contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the Client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these Booking Conditions Clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and Clients undertake such risks at their own volition. Morocco Private Tour accepts no liability of Client’s damages where Morocco Private Tour has fulfilled its Duty of Care to Clients by providing Products of a reasonable standard. Morocco Private Tour accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of Morocco Private Tour or its’ suppliers, and the reason for the claimed damages was either the Client’s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of Morocco Private Tour by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care.
In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, Morocco Private Tour’s liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions.
Morocco Private Tour accepts no liability if additional costs to the Client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of Morocco Private Tour by force majeure.

Travel Documentation

It is the responsibility of the Clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates and all necessary travel documents. Morocco Private Tour is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by Morocco Private Tour but without liability.

Health and Conduct

All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Morocco Private Tour from any obligations and liability.

Client Exclusion and Local Law

Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of Morocco Private Tour and its supplier’s employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of Morocco Private Tour. In the case of Client ill health, Morocco Private Tour may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the Client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. Morocco Private Tour shall not be liable to any Clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour.

Photographing

Our authorized representatives may take photographs and films of our Clients while using any Morocco Private Tour. Morocco Private Tour reserves the right to use said material for any advertising or promotion without obtaining further consent. Morocco Private Tour also reserves the right to use any comments Clients make, questionnaires or complimentary letters with respect to Morocco Private Tour or its Products in promotional literature.

Complaints

If the Client has a complaint about any of the Product arrangements the Client must raise the complaint immediately with a Morocco Private Tour employee so that Morocco Private Tour can use its best endeavors to rectify the problem. Morocco Private Tour cannot rectify a problem it is unaware of. Failure to complain on the spot will extinguish or at least reduce Morocco Private Tour liability to pay compensation. Should Morocco Private Tour be unable to resolve the problem on the spot a complaint must be made in writing within 28 days of completion of the Product.
